I was born and raised in Ann Arbor as were both my parents. I met my husband in 1989 at Pioneer High School and we’ve been married since 1996, the same year I began my insurance career. After three and a half years working for an independent agency in Ann Arbor I left my position in 1998 when our first child was born.

In April 2008, after two children and a ten year maternity leave, I ventured back into the Insurance industry and came on board with AAIA. I’ve once again obtained my Property & Causality license and I continue to be amazed at how quickly the world of insurance changes. However, for me, what does not change, is the importance of personalized care for my clients. I make it a priority to get to know my clients on a personal level so that I may not only provide them with coverage unique to their specific needs, but also offer peace of mind and a sense of security that their most valuable investments are well protected.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. I also value the time we spend with extended family –my Parents, Aunts and Uncles and cousins camping many summer weekends at Marble Lake in Quincy, MI. I also enjoy music, as well as flower gardening and nature, especially birds.
